"Good Morning" Program

The Stanhope Borough Police Department offers a "Good Morning Program" to our elderly/ special needs residents who live alone. Essentially, it is a daily, self-initiated Wellness check

How it works: 

- Members call the Stanhope Police Department every morning at (973) 347-4533

- If a member should fail to call by 10am, a Police Dispatcher will call them 

- If a member does not call in, or answer their phone, a Police Officer will be dispatched to their residence to ensure they are okay 

Ways to Register: 

- Email your information to goodmorning@stanhopepolice.us 

- Fill out an application and once it is completed, provide it to any member of the Stanhope Police Department or drop it off at the Stanhope Police Station located at 77 Main Street
